Pillert is accepting your returns of any unworn item except sales items for a refund or credit within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that all clothing labels MUST be attached to the items in order to ensure that your return can be processed quickly.

We cannot process returns for items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or washed. If we return goods under any of the conditions listed above, we will send them back to the address associated with your account.

All sales items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sales items are all items that have been sold on www.pillert.com at a discount from the recommended full retail price.

For a return or refund to your credit card, the value of the goods and any applicable sales tax will be refunded.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs. For an exchange In the event that you would like to exchange the items you have purchased, we ask that you return the items for a refund or credit and place a new order.

If you would like a refund to your credit account, please follow the instructions on how to process a return. Please note that we cannot reimburse shipping costs or waive future shipping costs if the value of the new item is less than 100 EUR. 

If you prefer credit, please follow the return instructions and select Credit from the menu options. We waive the return shipping fee and extend free shipping if the item value is 100 euros or more. How to return goods Visit pillert.com and enter your order number and email address.

Then click the Return Item button. The items from that order will be displayed and you will be prompted to select the items that you are returning. You will also be asked to provide a reason for the return and your preferred return method (credit card, credit, PayPal, twint). An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued for this return.

Please keep this information for future reference. For your convenience, we will send you a prepaid shipping label by email if your return is authorized (only for CH customers). Should you use the label when requesting a refund on the original payment form, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund upon receipt of your return.

If you use the label when requesting store credit, there is no return postage fee. 

Please apply the label to your package, take the package to the nearest drop-off point for the specified carrier, and keep a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose another trackable shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Please be sure to include your RMA number in your return package so that we can identify and process it quickly after receipt. It can take up to 15 days to process the return after receipt. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Additional return policy

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace them free of charge.

Credit notes are usually issued within 15 to 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

International customers must provide their own shipping labels for returns.
